Als Verstärkung für unser Investment-Team suchen wir eine*n hochmotivierte*n und detailorientierte*n Portfolioanalyst*in/-manager:in. Die/der ideale Kandidat*in wird eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Unterstützung unseres Unternehmens in den Bereichen Post-Akquisitionsintegration, Bewertungen, Finanzplanung, Analyse und den damit verbundenen Entscheidungsprozessen spielen. Außerdem wird sie/er für die Erhebung, Analyse und Interpretation von Finanzdaten verantwortlich sein, um daraus wertvolle Einblicke und Empfehlungen zur Steigerung des Unternehmenserfolgs zu liefern.

Deine Aufgaben

Projektbewertung, Planung und Analyse:

Entwicklung und Pflege komplexer Finanzmodelle zur Bewertung der Auswirkungen verschiedener Geschäftsszenarien und Initiativen.
Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um Inputs für das Finanzmodell zu sammeln und Projektbewertungs-, Budgetierungs- und Prognoseprozesse zu unterstützen.
Regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Annahmen des Portfolio-Finanzmodells auf der Grundlage neuer Erkenntnisse und Marktentwicklungen.
Durchführung einer sorgfältigen Analyse unseres deutschen Onshore-Windportfolios in Bezug auf die finanzielle Leistung, um Trends zu identifizieren und Erkenntnisse zur Unterstützung der strategischen Entscheidungsfindung zu liefern.
Durchführung von Sensitivitätsanalysen, um potenzielle Risiken und Chancen zu bewerten und so zu einer fundierten Entscheidungsfindung beizutragen.
Unterstützung beim Aufbau einer Business-Intelligence-Datenbank und bei der Einrichtung automatisierter Prozesse zur Aktualisierung von Annahmen und zur Speicherung von Finanzdaten.

Budgetierung, und Prognosen:

Unterstützung des Finanzteams bei der Entwicklung von Jahresbudgets und regelmäßigen Prognosen und Sicherstellung der Übereinstimmung mit Unternehmenszielen.
Beantwortung von Anfragen des Managements durch Bereitstellung zeitnaher und genauer Finanzinformationen.

Dein Profil

Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Management, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich. Ein Master-Abschluss oder eine einschlägige Zertifizierung (z. B. CFA, CPA) ist von Vorteil.
Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung als Finanzanalyst*in/-manager*in in einem Unternehmen für erneuerbare Energien oder Energieversorgungsunternehmen, in der Beratung, im Investmentbanking oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit Schwerpunkt Finanzmodellierung und Projektbewertung.
Hervorragende Beherrschung der Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word) und nachgewiesene Kenntnisse in der Finanzmodellierung. Erfahrung mit Datenanalysetools ist ein Plus.
Leidenschaft für die Energiewende und großes Interesse am Sektor der erneuerbaren Energien.
Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und eine problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Muttersprache, bevorzugt aber nicht erforderlich) und Englisch (fließend), sowohl in Wort als auch in Schrift.
Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen und kooperativen Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld.
In Berlin lebend oder bereit, nach Berlin zu ziehen.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) to join our Investment team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's post-acquisition integration, valuations, financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for supporting our project teams through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial data, as well as providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

Your mission

Financial Modelling, Project Valuation, Planning and Analysis:

Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the impact of various business scenarios and initiatives.
Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs to the financial model and lead/support project valuation, budgeting and forecasting processes.
Own our portfolio financial model and update assumptions periodically based on new insights and market developments.
Conduct a thorough analysis of our portfolio projects in terms of financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
Perform sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential risks and opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making.
Support the creation of a business intelligence database and the enabling of automated processes to update assumptions and store financial data.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist our finance team in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Respond to management inquiries by providing timely and accurate financial information.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Minimum 1 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Manager in a Renewables Company, Utility, Consulting, Investment Banking, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on financial modelling and valuation.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and demonstrated expertise in financial modelling. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
Passion for the energy transition and high interest in the renewable energy sector.
Exceptional analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills in German (native preferred but not required) and English (proficient), both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Living in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
